Thank you for putting your trust into the Supernova, Intervine®, Internova™ and Leather Afterlife™ brand of products!  We value each and every customer and strive to provide service that is equal to our product quality.

Unless otherwise stated, all of our flashlights and lanterns come with a 5 year limited warranty from the original date of purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial purchase and is not transferable.

In addition to our warranty, you are also able to return your product at any time during the first 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Please keep the original sales receipt and order id. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance and only products purchased from authorized sellers/distributors are covered.

We have no third party seller agreements and actively seek legal measures on all parties claiming to sell our products as new. Products purchased on any other third party sites are not covered due to our inability to verify the product’s authenticity.

 Authorized sellers are limited to:

  • Products sold on Intervine.com
  • Products sold on Amazon.com with the following criteria:
    • products sold and shipped by Amazon.com
    • or sold by Intervine and Fulfilled by Amazon
  • Products sold on Walmart by Intervine
  • Products sold on eBay by Intervine

Please note and beware if you are buying any of our products as new from any sellers other than those mentioned above, you risk the chance of not only receiving a counterfeit item; but also an item that has no warranty from Intervine.

If your product is defective and is within your warranty period, you will receive a replacement or repaired product of equal or greater value shipped to you at our own expense.  If for any reason we are unable to replace or repair your product, we may offer you a prorated refund in place of a replacement.

Prior to replacement, please contact us at warranty@intervine.com or at 888-418-1323 in order to receive a return authorization. Do not return product without prior authorization.  While we strive to replace every product without the need for you to ship back the original defective product, we may have you ship your defective product to us at your expense for verification or repair of the issue.



Any batteries that are included with your product, both internal and external, are not covered by the 5 year warranty. While we would love to do so, all batteries have a limited life cycle and will eventually need to be replaced depending upon their type, use, and storage.  Should you have any issues with your batteries once your product arrives, please contact us right away so that we can replace them.  While we cannot warranty the batteries, we absolutely still want to make sure yours are working when they arrive!

Closeouts and Clearance Products

"Closeouts" or "Clearance" products are excluded from the 5 year warranty and will instead follow the warranty specifically listed for each product.

Bonus or Free Product Replacements

Bonus or free product replacements are not covered by the 5 year warranty.

Charging Port Damage Due to Misuse

Any damage to USB charging ports due to carelessness, applying too much force, or not aligning the cable with the port prior to insertion is excluded from the warranty.
