Thank you for putting your trust into the Supernova, Intervine, Internova and Leather Afterlife brand of products!  We value each and every customer and strive to provide service that is equal to our product quality.

All of our products come with a minimum 5 year limited warranty from the original date of purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial purchase and is not transferable.

In addition to the 5 year warranty, you are also able to return your product at any time during the first 90 days of purchase for a full refund.

Please keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance and only products purchased from authorized sellers/distributors are covered.  Authorized sellers are limited to products sold and shipped by Amazon.com or sold by Intervine and Fulfilled by Amazon.

Products purchased on any other third party sites (such as eBay) are not covered due to our inability to verify the product’s authenticity.

If your product is defective and is within your warranty period, you will receive a replacement product of equal or greater value shipped to you at our own expense.  Prior to replacement, please contact us at care@intervine.com or at 888-418-1323 in order to receive a return authorization. Do not return product without prior authorization.  While we strive to replace every product without the need for you to ship back the original defective product, we reserve the right to have you ship your defective product to us at your expense for verification of the issue.

Exclusions

Any batteries that are included with your product are not covered by the 5 year warranty.  While we would love to do so, all batteries have a limited life cycle and will eventually need to be replaced depending upon their type, use, and storage.  Should you have any issues with your batteries once your product arrives, please contact us right away so that we can replace them.  While we cannot warranty the batteries, we absolutely still want to make sure yours are working when they arrive!
