5-year limited warranty
Unless otherwise stated, Intervine flashlights and lanterns include a 5-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.
The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for warranty support.
30-day returns
In addition to the warranty, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund under our return policy.
Product registration
We are replacing the old product registration form with a simpler email-based path. If you want help registering a product or keeping purchase details on record for support, email care@intervine.com with your order number, product name, purchase channel, and purchase date.
How to start a warranty request
Email care@intervine.com and include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- The product name.
- Where and when you purchased it.
- A short description of the issue.
- Photos or a short video if they help show the problem.
Common exclusions
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, loss, theft, damage from improper batteries or charging, disposable batteries, or products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Rechargeable batteries and accessories may have different coverage unless stated otherwise on the product page.
