We want your gear to arrive quickly, work the way it should, and be backed by real support if anything goes wrong.

Shipping

Most USA-based orders ship from our warehouses within 24 to 48 business hours. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping is free for USA orders over $50. Please review your order at checkout to confirm any shipping cost before you place the order.

International orders may include additional shipping charges and longer delivery windows depending on destination and carrier availability.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will help with the return process.

To start a return, email care@intervine.com with your order number, product name, purchase channel, and the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will process the refund back to the original payment method when the return qualifies under our policy.

Shipping timing, bank processing time, and payment-provider processing time can affect when the refund appears on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or with the wrong item, email care@intervine.com. Include your order number and a photo of the package or product so we can make it right.
