I can’t remember having this kind of Customer service, EVER. not only did they respond quickly But they sent me the part I needed at no charge Then when I got the part it didn’t work because there Was a small Piece around the connection that was missing SO they sent me batteries and A separate charger…AT NO COST. This meant so much to me as the lantern was my late dads and I really wanted to Use it. My dad always did his research before buying something. But I did not expect this.
